How to purchase?
- Every customer shall become acquainted with the co. Alfred Wjenzek trading conditions before the purchase. By executed sale the customer agrees with these trading conditions.
- All customerś orders are considered as desirable after the operatorś confirmation.
- The prices are mentioned incl. VAT.
- Customers pay for the goods by payment spot cash, cashless transfer or cash.
- Claims are governed by Civil and Commercial Codes.
- Goods is a property of the supplier untill the payment takes place.
Order
For ordering the customer uses "a basket". After choosing goods the customer needs to fill in an order form (contact information for goods delivery), chooses the way of payment and form of transport and confims the order by pressing the button SEND. After the confirmation and sending an order the customer receives an order confirmation on his e-mail from the co. Alfred Wjenzek along with an order copy. This enables a customer to re-check the data correctness. A possible change or the order cancellation can be carried out in writing on the e-mail (wjenzek@wjenzek.cz) as soon as possible. Into e-mail subject an order No. is needed to enter.
Transport
- Transport service (carrier), , that delivers goods directly to your home, to work etc. Delivery generally takes 2-5 days since the dispatch day within working days throughout. In case of miscarriage the carrier attempts to deliver the next working day. In this case will probably a transport service driver contact you by phone and make an appointment on more accurate term of delivery.
- Personally , the goods can be picked up directly at our company outlet: Alfred Wjenzek, Opavská 189, 747 31 Velké Hoštice. The order can be payed cash as well.
Method of payment
- cash: by sale in our company outlet
- cash on delivery: by sending goods via a carrier
